Barter Trading concept

Description:	We aim to encourage barter trading by providing a storage area and opportunity for second hand products to be traded, in an attempt to protect the ecosystem by adhering to 2 of the 3 R’s of the Environment. That is, Reusing of old products by barter trading, hence, Reducing the need to purchase for new products. The market for second hand goods trading is huge as almost anything bought from retailers automatically becomes a second hand product to others. The ability to tap into this huge market by modeling after the form of barter trading would present itself as a wonderful market opportunity. This concept is unique as presently in Singapore, there is no direct competition. Although similar trade elements that involves the buying and selling of used products can be found in one of our competitors, the fact that they do not accept bulky items works towards our advantage. On the other hand, there are many competitions in the aspect of storage space. With a concentrated competition in the warehouse & storage industry, it bodes well of the potential opportunities that exist in such market. Tough competitions sprout improvements. However, should the supply of self storage unit exceeds the national average needs, we should be well positioned to deal with the challenge with our core competency in barter trading. An affordable cost will be one of the main factors that attract users to us. By being competent in both storage and barter trading, we are able to offer a much affordable rates in rental of storage space. As we are able to effectively utilize the storage area by systematically secure trade between users, which in turn free up storage area. As a start-up company, we will strive to turn our first time customers into our regular customers by selling not just outstanding services, but by selling a memorable experience. Need from others: Need Capital Need Business Partners	In order to fulfil the business idea, I need additional fundings from interested investors. Profit sharing/shares allocation can be further discussed in private. I am also looking for business partner experienced in the valuation of used products.
